What does your cleaning include?
•    Kitchen:
⁃    Countertops and shelves dusted and/or wiped and disinfected.
⁃    Sinks and backsplash washed.
⁃    Cabinets fronts cleaned and disinfected.
⁃    Small appliances wiped (toaster, coffee maker,etc).
⁃    Microwave cleaned inside and out.
⁃    Dishes loaded in the dishwasher (if dishwasher is empty). We do not hand wash dishes.
⁃    Appliances exteriors cleaned (stovetop, oven, range hood, fridge, microwave, dishwasher).
⁃    All surfaces dusted and disinfected
⁃    Cobwebs removed.
⁃    Baseboards dusted.
⁃    Doorknobs disinfected.
⁃    Light fixture dusted.
⁃    Blinds dusted.
⁃    Moldings and woodwork (dusted)
⁃    Tables and chairs dusted and/or wiped.
⁃    Garbage and recycling bins emptied.
⁃    Floor vacuumed and washed

•    Bathrooms:
⁃    Countertops and shelves cleaned and disinfected.
⁃    Cobwebs removed.

⁃    Bathtub, shower walls and glass doors cleaned and disinfected.
⁃    Toilet cleaned and sanitized inside and out.
⁃    Mirrors cleaned.
⁃    Objects on the countertops dusted.
⁃    Cabinets fronts cleaned and disinfected.
⁃    All surfaces dusted.
⁃    Baseboards dusted and/or wiped.
⁃    Blinds dusted.
⁃    Light switches wiped.
⁃    Light fixtures dusted.
⁃    Garbage and recycling bins emptied.
⁃    Floor vacuumed and washed.

•    Bedrooms
⁃    All surfaces dusted, wiped and disinfected.
⁃    Cobwebs removed.

⁃    Carpet and area rugs vacuumed.
⁃    Hard surface floors vacuumed and damp-mopped.
⁃    Moldings and woodwork (dusted).

⁃    Beds made (to change sheets there is additional cost).
⁃    Garbage and recycling bins emptied.

•    Other living areas:

⁃    All surfaces dusted, wiped and disinfected.
⁃    Cobwebs removed.

⁃    Blinds and baseboards dusted.
⁃    Moldings and woodwork (dusted).
⁃    Carpet and area rugs vacuumed.
⁃    Hard surface floors vacuumed and damp-mopped.

⁃    Glass and desks cleaned.
⁃    Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened out.
⁃    To vacuum couches there might be an extra charge.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours of the appointment?

We have a strict policy for cancelations in less than 24 hours of the service appointment time frame. 

Our team works incredibly hard to ensure each client is taken care of. This requires carefully planning the days ahead and unfortunately last minute cancelations or last minute rescheduling causes a big, negative, ripple effect throughout our current day and days ahead. In an effort to keep ALL customers happy, you will be charged a small fee for last minute cancellations/rescheduling:

Cancelations that are done in less than 24 hours of the service appointment time range will result in an automatic $75 cancelation fee charge

Rescheduling appointments in less than 24 hours of the service appointment time range will result in an automatic $50 cancelation fee charge

What is included in the service?

We try to pack as much value as possible in our cleanings; we love our customers and want to make sure everyone feels taken care of! Our normal, standard, cleaning includes the outside of all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, and oven), dusting and wiping of all surfaces – such as tables, countertops, desks, dressers etc. We also vacuum and mop (if applicable) all floors in the home (not including the basement).

Cleaning faucets, and sinks is also part of our normal cleaning service.

We pay great attention to the bathrooms and bedrooms of each home – as both places are heavily used – it’s important they are completely clean for you! We’re so good you’ll want us back the next day (…it can be arranged)!
